We are thrilled to be joined by this year’s Powered by Hope Training Partner, the Galloway Group.

The Galloway Group, founded in 1978 by Jeff Galloway, is renowned for its run-walk, low-mileage approach. Ideal for beginners and seasoned runners alike, the Galloway Method is proven to be 98% effective in getting participants to the finish line injury-free.

Together with our motivational partner Scott Reall of the YMCA’s Journey to Freedom, we believe this program will give you everything you need to reach your goals and experience lasting, sustainable personal transformation as a part of the Powered by Hope training experience.

JOIN US FOR OUR LAST GROUP TRAINING SESSION BEFORE RACE DAY

Saturday, April 18 at River Park (Brentwood)

Time: 6:45 a.m. sign in, 7:00 a.m. start
Distance: 6 miles
Forecast: Lo 50º, Hi 72º

Directions to River Park in Brentwood: I-65 to Concord Road East. Turn right at the first intersection which is Knox Valley Drive. The River Park entrance will be immediately on your left and is across from the Brentwood Library. We will meet at the picnic shelter.
